Under Goodrich Aerospace, ISR Systems, Albuquerque contract to implement a fully compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

·         Created the company EVMS Process Description.

·         Using Gap Analysis identified and created corporate policies, standard and work procedures required for a fully ANSI/EIA 748-B compliant EVMS.

·         Wrote and conducted basic EVMS training along with specialized training for Stakeholders, Management, Control Account Managers (CAM), and Work Package Leads.
